House Rules

We want everyone to have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. Please review and follow these house rules.

Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy is 9 guests.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
• Minimum age requirement for booking is 21 years old for the booking guest.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
• $25/hour late check out fee if accommodations have not been made in advance

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

No Smoking

• No smoking, vaping, use of e-cig or illegal products inside the home.
• Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $250 smoking fee, additional cleaning fees and may result in immediate termination of the reservation.

No Parties or Events

• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
• Excessive noise or unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the reservation.

Parking

• Park only in designated parking areas.
• Do not block neighboring driveways or roadways.

Care of the Property

• Please treat the home as you would your own.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
• Do not move furniture without permission.

Kitchen

• Wash dishes or start the dishwasher before departure.
• Dispose of food properly and clean up spills promptly.
• Take any unused food you brought with you.

Bathroom

• Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other non-toilet paper items.

Safety

• Lock windows and close front, mudroom and back door when leaving the property.
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors or safety equipment.

Hunting Equipment & Firearms

• Firearms must remain unloaded and stored safely in accordance with Nebraska laws.
• Guests are responsible for securing all hunting equipment and firearms.
• Remember to take your hunting equipment with you when you leave.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or loss of security deposit.

Pets

Dogs are allowed, please follow listing guidelines.

• Well behaved dogs only
• Aggressive dogs are not allowed in addition to the following breeds that are forbidden, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers and German Shepherds

• Dogs should be potty trained and able to go to the bathroom outside
• Dogs should be let out only in the backyard
• It is the dog owner’s responsibility to clean up any messes your dog leaves both inside and out
• An additional pet fee will be collected to cover cleaning and potential damage. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee plus cleaning. Be upfront upon booking.
